Private Investigator Training
​As a private investigator, you can make a big difference in someone’s life. Families and loved ones can often lose touch and need to be reunited. Parents need to find runaway children. A Career as a P.I
The field of private investigation is well-suited for both men and women. People who become private investigators come from all walks of life. What does it take to become a private investigator? Mostly, it takes someone who can be a critical thinker and has an analytical mind. In the Province of Ontario, every person who wants to be a private investigator needs to pass a ministry test before beginning employment.
Emergency First Aid CPR Level 1
Instruction Time: Emergency First Aid shall be taught in a minimum of 6.5 hours. Each participant will be tested both in theory and practical skills. A score of 70% is required on the Emergency First Aid written exam to pass the course. One rewrite is allowed. Lunch and break times are separate from the course and are not included in instruction time.
How do I become a P.I?
Becoming a private Investigator requires a mandatory Ministry approved Private Investigator Training course. Without this training, you cannot obtain your license. With our course, you complete the sections one by one, choosing your own time. Once all sections are completed, you are eligible to take the Ministry test to obtain your Private Investigator License.
How long does the course take?
​The course will take a minimum of 50 hours to complete, as required by the Ministry.

You can access our course 24/7. We believe that learning is better while being performed on your own time. ​ You can also view your course for up to 2 years after completion.
